Be Encouraged, Pastor! - January 4, 2026

"11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare[a] and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. 12 Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you. 13 You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart."  Jeremiah 29:11-13 ESV

God has your back!  Why not take Him at His word to discover what God has for you as you seek Him for more of Him in your life!  It is a marvelous adventure that awaits you!

Be Encouraged, Pastor!

This first Sunday of 2026, are we ready?

Eccl. 3:1. ‘To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven.’

This Sunday may not be a new field, a new seed, a new harvest, but it all is under the timing of our Father!

Be faithful, be true, and trust Him as we work and wait with anticipation!

Know you are prayed for my friend!

PastorCare never charges a fee for services. It is a purely faith-based, non-profit 501©3 ministry. PastorCare is supported by donations, gifts and a volunteer network of caregivers and service providers. Retired pastors, missionaries and volunteer lay-persons encourage and assist pastors and their families who contact PastorCare. Our goal is to meet the need and revitalize God’s ministering servants to continue the call to serve.

The (2014) PCN website was dedicated to the memory of Rev. G. David Korsen, who gave of his expertise, time and passion to create the first PCN website. He served as Communications Director from March of 2009 until his graduation from this life on April 23, 2013. Dave’s caring heart and infectious laugh were the entry to the deep well of God’s grace that flowed through him — the essence of PastorCare.
