Stop worrying about the season that was, and prepare for the season to come. Nobody likes change, but change is part of this life. Now is the time to trust the Lord, and let Him guide you into this new season of your life. He loves you and cares about you. He knows your every need. He desires to bless you more than you ever imagined

William Carey – “Expect great things from God, attempt great things for God!” I wonder this morning what it is that we’re expecting and attempting that’s bigger than we are? I reminded someone this week the only reason the widow’s oil ended was because of the number of pots that she gathered. Maybe we’re not gathering enough pots!

This first Sunday of 2026, are we ready?   Eccl. 3:1. ‘To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven.’

As I serve the Lord today, Let my focus and my trust be in God's ways and understanding which leads to peace and all that comes with it, and less and less in my ways which seem to never achieve their goal.
